I have been on this journey to find my ideal job for over SEVEN years!  
Throughout that time I have purchased a bookshelf full of books, attended
numerous classes and taken more online tests than I can count.  Through
that discovery, I have a handful of resources that I can whole-heartedly
recommend to anyone looking for a career change.  

If you are on a similar journey, I encourage you to check them out for

I will get to share my journey with my fellow chefs by teaching a class at the United
States Personal Chef Conference in July 2009.  My class is entitled, OUTSIDE THE
