How about throwing your very own Weekend Grill Party with
one of my "Fire 'em Up Fridays!"

Need a "Father's Day" gift - choose a "Fire 'em Up Friday"
and let dad have a thrilling day grilling - (I'll be making a
special run on Saturday, June 20th for Father's Day)

Having a July 4th gathering - make yours a "BBQ on the
Beach" with that week's Fire 'em Up Friday.

Similar to Crockpot Wednesday!, the Fire 'em Up Friday
service will allow you to sign up for any date(s) you choose
for the month.  On the Friday of your service, I will stop by
and leave your food in the frig, marinating and ready to hit
the grill for your weekend entertaining.

Upcoming menu options are an
Island BBQ with Skewered Bajaan Chicken,
Chop House with Rosemary Peppered Pork Chops, Meat & Potatoes with
Char-grilled Sirloin Steak topped with Garlic Parsley Butter, and
BBQ on the
Beach
with Lemon Chili Shrimp.

Each week I'll include instructions for indoor "grilling" in case your Grill Party
gets rained out... and don't worry, if you want to wait and Smoke 'em Out
Saturday, the food will still be awesome for a Saturday night.

Fire 'em Up Fridays are charged at $30 per person, all-inclusive.

June 12th - Island BBQ - skewered bajaan (chicken breasts with an internal "rub" of
garlic, scallions, red onion, jalapeno and herbs), curry buttered corn on the cob and grilled
roasted cinnamon rum bananas

June 19th & June 20th* - Chop House - rosemary peppered pork chop with
grilled balsamic red onions and premium chocolate ice cream
* I'll be making deliveries on June 20th for a Father's Day Meal

June 26th - Meat & Potatoes - a char-grilled sirloin steak with a compound butter
made of garlic and parsley, new potato skewers and roasted lemon liquor strawberries

July 3rd - BBQ on the Beach - lemon chili shrimp with a pineapple lime salsa,
char-grilled squash with a jerked honey rum glaze and pineapple with a sweet rum sauce

No minimum signups - just call or email Chef Robyn 48 hours before the Friday of your
choice, and you will receive an email confirmation for "your" Fire 'em Up Friday.
