What's my favorite knife?
THE best knife for the money is the Victorinox (made by Forschner) 8-inch
Chef's Knife with a Fibrox handle. It's under $20 (unless you want one of
the handle colors instead of the standard black) and can handle just about
all of you slicing, dicing and chopping needs. I like it because it is
lightweight and stays sharp.
Amazon has a great deal on a two knife set
with the 8-inch knife and a 3 1/4-inch paring
knife.
